Choose standard delivery and your items will arrive within four working days (excluding Bank Holidays) if you order before midday. Order by 9pm weekdays or 5pm on Sunday and your items will arrive the next working day if you select the express delivery option.

As well as home delivery, you can also choose for your items to be sent to a myHermes ParcelShop location for collection. Orders over £75 can be sent to a ParcelShop for free, while it costs only £3.95 for those under. Place an order by 4pm Sunday-Friday and they can be delivered to a myHermes ParcelShop by 6pm the next day.

Items bought using one of our Wallis discounts can be returned to your local Wallis store within one month of receipt (exclusions apply).

This is the quickest way to get a refund. Just take your item, together with your dispatch note and the card you used to pay. Stores cannot refund swimwear or online exclusives, which must be returned via post or a myHermes ParcelShop, while if you buy a Dorothy Perkins Shoes, Little Mistress, Paper Dolls or Closet item, this will also have to be returned by post.

If you are returning items by post, you will need to do so within 14 days of receipt. You will receive a Freepost Royal Mail returns label with your order, as well as a myHermes ParcelShop label. They cannot offer exchanges by post, so you should place a new order and return the original item.

If you are returning via a Post Office or myHermes ParcelShop, you should ask them for a postage receipt, which will contain a tracking reference number. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Cashback will not be payable on purchases that use any form of loyalty codes including Own Brand newsletter codes, student codes, key worker codes or codes not listed on the TopCashback website.
Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.

Cashback may only be paid on the net value including VAT and surcharges but excludes additional services such as delivery.
Should your cashback fail to track automatically, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' claim within 100 days of your order.

Recall period on all purchases is 90 days
