Paid as promised.
Paid for a family holiday in Florida and cashback promised after 17 weeks. This was counted from when the holiday finished not from when it was paid for. But the cashback arrived on time as promised both for me and my kids who had booked at the same time.

avoid false advertising refused to pay out £400
I booked a holiday through a recommendation, booked everything through this company, went on holiday and cashback was pending. Until it suddenly changed and when i contacted them they refused to pay out. even though I did everything that i needed to and it was £400 payout. avoid at all cost as i couldve used a different company and got a payout.

Booked in March 2022, paid the holiday in full in September 2022, the holiday was in December 2022 and the cashback (finally) paid out in April 2023

Awful
Used multiple times and it tracks but requires consistent chasing and even then unlikely to get full amount.
On the latest trip, we've been back since August 22 and can't get an answer to why it is still sat as confirmed but not payable 8 months after the holiday.

Returned in September 2022-still pending
Tracked easily but hasn’t paid out. TopCashback just advising me to keep waiting but I have been home from this holiday for over 6 months so I can’t recommend. Have never had this issue before with any other retailer.
