	My order was going to be delivered on 16/01/2014 I waited in all day no show,so got on the phone to them the lady I was speaking to could not care less, still have my money and no fence panels, AVOID this merchant!!!

	I only used this company as they offered a good rate of cashback. The product arrived and it was all right for what it was. However the cashback didn't turn up and I spent months and months regularly nudging for a response to my claim. After nearly a year, I too received the feeble excuse that "another merchant has been credited with the sale". I fought back, as I had gone straight to Waltons from TCB, but TCB wrung their hands and bleated that there was nothing they could do. Avoid this seller!

	Like many others I fell victim to this company's scam. They promise cashback to get people to buy their products, then the cashback doesn't track and after months of chasing up, they come back with the excuse that "another marketing channel was credited with the sale", therefore, you get nothing! Topcashback are aware of this fraud but they do nothing to help. TCB ought to INSIST that Walton pays out, otherwise ban them from offering cashback as it is false advertising.

	Cashback is given from the amount EXCLUDING VAT which was not stated in the cashback offer offer.

	Seven months since payment, nudge sent every month. Zero responce. Topcashback should remove this merchant from its books.

	After receiving the shed (complete with broken parts) I noticed the cashback hadn't appeared. 6 months after the initial claim I had the following response: "having chased your claim with the merchant network it unfortunately appears that your claim could not be approved. The comment that has been provided regarding this rejection is that 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale". This was not the case and I feel that they decided not to honour the agreement.

	After ten months of 'nudging' tcb finally told Cashback will not be paid out due to same tracking problems that everyone else has been fobbed off with. What a loud of rubbish. This merchant will not payout. Haven't had this problem with any other merchant and tcb need to remove them from their site. Very poor all round.

	PLEASE NOTE they are paying ( tracking ) Cashback on a VAT exclusive amount which is not noted . OK this is only £2 difference on a £300 shed but ...

Mine was a >£2k purchase, and I suspect this is nothing but a cop out.

	Did not track and had to be chased up by Topcashback but the merchant refused to pay up so no cashback received. The shed which arrived wasn`t` even the correct one which was ordered - the one they sent was smaller and they only offered £20 back to me to keep the shed they sent. I did keep it because I couldn`t be bothered with the hassle. Very poor customer relations

	Order placed on 15th Dec 2011. No cashback received (or even acknowledged) to date. Very disappointed. So don't be fooled by the % of cashback they offer..........

	Waited at least 7 months but no cashback received - company stated tracking problems. Therefore, don't expect cashback from this merchant. Also, products may not be up to your expectations and the quality of customer service, especially after-sales service needs to be improved significantly.
