Product and service: excellent.
Cashback: non-existent, order now 1 year ago and cashback still "pending".
Would still recommend Warren Evans as the cashback was only a bonus, but it's a shame that this aspect of their service lets them down.

Warren Evans are a fab company with a fab product. Their customer service is excellent and being able to buy custom-made in Britain (London no less!) beds is great but I ordered this product several months ago and it was delivered 6 weeks ago and my cash back is still 'pending'.

I love my Warren Evans bed - the quality is fantastic! Their delivery isn't the fastest, but it was as agreed, and a very minor fault with the bed was noticed by the delivery person and sorted out promptly. However, I have been waiting for 32 weeks now for my cashback, despite them being listed as a Faster Payment company. This is disappointing. I bought a computer from ebuyer less than a week ago and have already been paid out!
