I like my watch that I purchased but poor tracking, after raising a support ticket, cash back was declined. Puts you off using the retailer for cash back over the others available.

Claimed that TCB was not the last referrer I clicked on, which is absolutely rubbish. I know the drill: disable adblock, open fresh browser session, add items to basket new - still declined the correct amount. Cashback issues aside, the actual purchase was fine.

It was my first time ordering from WatchShop but it was dead easy, very quick delivery and my watch was exactly as pictured. It works wonderfully and looks great on. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely order from WatchShop again!
