The delivery was quick and the watch is good value. The down side is, I did not get any cash back. The transaction was done through top cash back. They chased up about the missing cash back, but I was refused. They said I went through another merchant. I did not!
Very upset.

Ordered watch Tuesday, received Wednesday. Can't say any better than that. Except for the 6% off using the discount code and the 5% cashback as well. I will use this firm again. It's how all Internet sales should be.

Had to put a claim in £6.10, waited 18 months for a resolution and it was eventually declined for no reason. No problem with product but wont be using for cashback again.

Item was received very quick but cashback was not tracked. Filed a missing claim but their response was that they were not the last referrer to the transaction which I believe is not the case.
I only purchased item because of the cashback. Very disappointed but not much I can do.

My watch was lovely but had to be returned to be repaired as the clasp was loose. This was done very quickly and easily. However, my cashback of over £30 was not tracked and I was told that I had probably used a different search engine or possibly another cashback site. I know that I didn't! Either way, there was nothing that could prove that I bought my watch through the link on this site. Extremely disappointed with both Watchshop and Top Cashback!

I bought a watch for my girlfriend for Christmas. Whilst not disappointed with the watch. I have been totally dissapointed with the Cashback or lack of it. I followed the link from this site to the seller & palced the order. To this date & numerous emails I have been unable to get the cash back of around £17.00.
I will probably not use this seller again.

Ordered before Christmas. Watch arrived promptly. Originally did not appear to track the order. Contacted TCB - they said they'd chase it up. A few weeks later it appeared in my list for cashback. Now been confirmed for weeks. Alleged payable date is 31st Jan. Now in April with no movement. Disappointing to say the least. Also found other sites offering slightly better prices on the watch I bought... without the cashback...but will be shopping there instead.

I have purchased through the Watchshop twice now as they always offer the price prices and can deliver quickly.
I have received cashback promptly and after my first order I got a voucher for £5 off my next order, I even (i wasn't aware of this) earnt points with them for my first order which then knocked off further money.
Very happy indeed, will definitely purchase from again, especially as my husband is wanting to grow his watch collection!

Really good product. Let down by being coned out of cashback. Like many others cashback has been refused and there is no ligitmate reason for this, its just the merchant doesn't want to pay. If you want cashback Avoid!
