Website and ordering - OK
I chose the book in the local shop, then ordered on line as soon as I returned home as I required the item to take to a relative I was visiting a week later. Less than an hour of my order I received a 20% off voucher!! The most frustrating part was that I have literally just returned from visiting my relative to find the said book on my doorstep - which will now have to be posted and I am surprised how heavy it feels.If I need a book in a hury I will stick with Amazon.

Cashback tracked and was paid quickly.
Only issue with retailer was that I ordered book to be delivered to store in order to get the free delivery. I had an email saying it was being processed and they would get in touch when it was available to collect in store - this never happened. I had to go into the store on the off-chance it had been delivered.

Quick to track but VERY slow to actually deliver the books. As I had chosen to collect in store, I then found that the Internet deal was not even close to the deals in the store! Even with the cash back from here included, I would have been better off buying in store.
