I made the purchase from Waterstones on 6 October 2013 and the cash-back is still pending today on 2 January 2014. This is well over the expected 10 weeks.

No tracking and no response from TCB. No longer using TCB service as this is second no tracked non response transaction in a row.
After going in store to ask if they will price match online items, they said they do it on line. Against better judgment I set up account and ordered online through TCB. Books were not in stock and waited ages for them to be delivered. Should have just stuck to Amazon. Will never buy from waterstones again.
No response from TCB. Not wasting any more of my time with this site.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MERCHANT. Even though they say that delivery will take 7 to 10 working days they often sell items that they yet to have in stock meaning that you have to wait even longer. You'd be better off using Play.com or Amazon even without the cashback.

Brilliant experience, the quickest to track of any merchant I have used, free postage, Waterstones points and points on my Tesco credit card - they will be paying me next. Same price as the biggest online bookseller who dont give any points.

If you're desperate for the book then don't use the free delivery option, it takes forever. I needed it asap for my work and now I'm thinking they've not sent it at all. Still waiting for an order placed on Monday it's now Friday gone, hope it turns up tomorrow. Never experienced such delay in free delivery option elsewhere and it's not like I made a £2 order, my book cost £37. I checked their shipping info and it advises not to make enquiries before 10 days, what? Wish I read this earlier and went elsewhere.

Just writing again as I always thought Top Cashback had the uncanny habit of giving overall ratings which weren't given by the reviewer - and now I've proved it. I gave 2/5 for 5 parts of the questionnaire and 4/5 for another and, strangely enough, the "overall rating" was 4/5!! How do they work that out? It didn't even amount to 2.5/5! What a waste of time giving reviews!!

The cashback tracked very quickly but the wait for the payment is eternal. It's a very slow payment date to start with and it's now a month late and still now payment received so don;t hold your breath for this lot

Disappointed to be raising my second 'cashback not tracked' log in a month. Seems a poor show show to be asking for 50 pence back but why offer it if the system wont work. My claim from March was manually sorted by TCB - thank you - and is now tracking.

I waited 35 days only to be informed that they are unable to supply the book I ordered. Zero communication during that time. I don't think I'd use them again even it was cheaper.
