Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting cashback?
  • Cashback will only be paid to new Wealthify customers who are over the age of 18 and UK tax residents. It will not be paid if you are or have already been a customer of Wealthify.
  • You must fund a new ISA, Junior ISA, GIA or SIPP (Pensions) Plan within 180 days of opening your Wealthify Account. ‘Account’ means your Wealthify account made up of your personal data, your Plans (including Junior ISA Plans for which you are the registered contact) and Wealthify Messages.
  • Only the first funded Plan will qualify for cashback.
  • Only one Account per person. In the event of multiple Wealthify Accounts being opened all cashback will be invalidated and not paid out.
  • Cashback is not available for employees and their immediate families of Wealthify, Winterflood Securities Limited or Embark.
  • Cashback will not be paid in conjunction with any other offer, voucher or discount code unless listed on this page or approved by Wealthify.
  • The Cashback is offered through the TopCashback website and is subject to their standard terms and conditions.
  • Cashback will not be paid by TopCashback if the offer has been withdrawn by Wealthify. Wealthify reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time without notice. Cashback sums may vary.
  • Use of a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
  • The total cashback will be calculated based on the sum of all investments held on the final day of the calendar month 6 months after the first investment reaches your Wealthify Plan.
  • Cashback will be paid within 240 days of funding your plan.
  • Wealthify reserve the right to cancel your Wealthify Account and decline your cashback should there be a reasonable basis for suspecting fraud or that you are abusing the terms of the cashback promotion.
  • If you transfer an existing investment to Wealthify, we will not be responsible for paying any exit fees that may be charged by your current provider. It’s worth finding out if your existing provider charges exit fees, as these could limit the financial benefit of changing provider.
  • You should understand the different fees and charges before making any transfers, checking that everything makes financial sense for you.
  • We are unable to accept any pensions that you’re taking an income from or any pensions with defined benefits or guarantees. For other pensions, you should also consider whether you may lose any other valuable features if you transfer, such as loyalty bonuses.
