	Cashback was eventually declined on a £131 order for no apparent reason. Product is OK, reasonable quality for the price, but a part was missing and although customer services were good it still took a week to arrive. I used the company purely because it was on topcashback so declining payment is hardly going to make me use them again. Just lodged a claim so we will see what happens.

	How does this merchant get 99.7% when they do not pay cashback. There seams no likelihood of me getting my cashback from this merchant but TCB have given me a deal. Will not use this company again as there are other blind companies that pay cashback. Beware!!!!

	Excellent value and very pleased , went for the clearance vertical blinds , excellent customer service , cashback tracked and paid quickly , will use again .

	Good products and service but my advice is not to register your email. I've had a really unusually high level of spam since I registered on their site. Shame as the products are great. Just order as a guest.

	Cashback tracked fine, now coming up to 12 months and its still remains unpaid. their products are ok but don't expect cashback from this merchant. I will go elsewhere next time.

	I should have received £10+ cashback but Web-blinds refused to pay. This seems to be happening to many others without a good reason. I won't use them again.

	Have ordered two blinds now from this company. Very pleased with product, good fast service. However, cashback on both transactions has not tracked in one case I should have received £9.90 and the second time £4.30. I have informed TCB and will let you know whether or not I ever receive the cashback.

	Cashback did not track. As this was a not inconsiderable amount I submitted a claim. 11 months later, the claim was declined along with similar claims for many others (the email confirmation from TCB confirming the situation has all of the other members listed). I would recommend web-blinds for the product ordered and subsequent customer service but certainly not for their cashback offer...

	Excellent company, top quality, very well made blinds at cheap prices in the 50% sale. Cashback tracked quickly and moved to confirmed in a month. Staff very knowledgable too. Used twice now and will definitely be using again!

	Purchased Blind in December,cashback tracked same day. As cashback was due to be paid ie within 3days it disappeared from my account. Await enquiry response to TopCashBack.
