	Absolutely terrible. They tracked the transaction and said I was eligible for £0.00 despite meeting all of the required criteria. Missing cash back claim submitted and over 1 month later no response and it would have been payable by now.

	Hi Friends, This is the best money transfer service i have used so far. Someone referred me this site and I used xendpay few days back and instantly I got discount of 10 pounds when I selected 100 pounds to trasnfer it to india. Moreover, it took only 6 hours for trasnaction to get completed and to reflect it into into my India account. Believe me, you will not regret using it. 	Service is good but the time to revert the money incase of failed transactions for some reasons is really frustrating as you just cant use any other service when you don't have your own money.

	I followed their instructions to the letter. Cleared cache, registered via tcb and sent £55 to Denmark. Several months later, no cash back. I've lodgeda claim, sent a nudge and still nothing. There are a lot of similar reviews here. Therefore don't use them unless you want to take the risk of no payment. Not impressed and will not use them again or recommend them to others.

	It has taken some back and forth negotiations with TCB, but eventually, after four months, I have £20 odd paid out.

	I'm very happy with this merchant. Sent money on Dec.15 and tracked fine. After exactly 8 weeks, it is now payable. True to what it says!

	Looks like Im another dissatisfied customer. Not much point in TopCashBack featuring them if they never honour any claims. I made a decent size payment to Denmark earlier in the year. Of course it never tracked and despite my attempts to make a claim, has never been resolved. I won't use them again and Id advise you not to either.

	DISGRACEFUL. Western Union have now edited their terms & conditions to 'CashBack will only be granted on International transactions above £50' Prior to them adding these terms and conditions my transaction was tracked at the correct amount. This has now been changed to £0.00. I have opened up a dispute and will update everyone on the outcome! Topcashback should not have allowed Western Union to edit tracked amounts that were perfectly legitimate.

	An update from my last post. I have finally received a response from WU for the un-tracked cashback. It is payable now. Thanks to TCB for this. Please be warned that cashback can take a few months to be confirmed and paid.

	I had a really good experience, top cashback value. Sent 317 pounds and got 33 back in my pocket. The money took about 3months to receive but of people checked the details the merchant says 17weeks.

	I used Western Union in september 2013 hoping that I will receive a cashback but it is now 6 months and I'm yet to receive it. I don't recommend anyone to use this service if they solely base their purchase on the basis that they will receive a cashback as advertise promptly.

	Me, my family members and some knowns tried the cashback of existing users which never get tracked so far which is the poor experience even by following the guidelines like clearing cookies etc. This is Time wastage, ignore cashback option for this merchant.

	money transfer was ok but the worst cashback experience in history...made transfer in jan 2013, cashback didnt track of course, put a claim in, year and two nudges later, wester union declined the cashback...surprise surprise...

	Avoid, Worst overall service experience after using it for 6 months and many transactions only 3 transactions were tracked. Western union customer service is a nightmare, they make you call them for every transactions which means no smooth transactions plus no cashback as its only provided when the transaction happen online from start to end. stay clear of this try using worldremit, sbi, money2anywhere etc.

	My Bank used to charge me £17 to send money to my partner in the Philippines and I am glad I changed to Western Union. They charge me about £6 to send the money and I get £7.10 cashback, so I am always going to choose WU over my Ripoff Bank PLC :)
