Planning a trip abroad in summer 2018, I selected this card solely on the basis of the cashback available as I was transferring a large balance on the card due to a need to pay for accommodation when I got there. Despite meeting all requirements for cashback, my full claim has been refused without any explanation or recourse, therefore I would have been better off using one of the better alternatives available.

Horrible, months of trying to claim and they need a reference number from tcb, but spoke to WeSwap and they don't use them, so now no cashback.

not worth the time i would not reccomend as they take ages to pay cashback and you need to use credit card to load cash if you want cashback i WONT EVER USE AGAIN !!!!

Despite topping up my card with the required amount my cashback was declined. avoid & use the Post Office prepaid credit card instead

Very poor service. Wont send you a replacement abroad if machine eats it. And they charge you to transfer balance back to your bank account. Dont use them
