	I have had exactly the same problem as Terrill below.I ordered and paid for Sat Nav on 12th Feb 2009. Until yesterday it was showing on my account that I had cashback of £3.15 which was expected to be paid 30th April. Tonight I check my account and it has been crossed to zero for no reason, i now have to go through the pain of submitting the general enquiry to allow me to submit the claim to whsmith and then wait even longer for the money that should have been payable in just over a weeks time. Disgusting show from a major retailer. Buyer beware.....

	Cash back appeared in my account within 24 hours. It took 6 days for my book to be delivered to my local store. Overall not bad service. Note, you can save on the delivery costs if you can collect your order from a WH Smith store.

	Disgusting. Oredered and paid for Sat Nav on 11th Feb 2009. Until yesterday it was showing on my account that I had a topped up cashback of £3.18 (from £3.15) which was expected to be paid 30th April. Tonight I check my account and it has been crossed to zero for no reason and I cannot submit a missing claim as it is more than 50 days old. Never again

	Hi Please note that you can still submit a claim older than 50 days old if it has been declined (as in this case). Simply send us an enquiry asking us to override the 50 day rule. thanks. TopCashback

	Quick tracking and now confirmed...My order (book) has clearly been discontinued and will never be delivered, and they haven't taken payment from me. So in a matter of time, hopefully £2 free cashback!
