Transaction did not track so I claimed. Which? took two months to respond (can't fault TCB's efforts). Even after all that the transaction is still at pending, never before has cashback not appeared as confirmed after a claim. Wonder if I will ever get my money.
Heed the poor reviews and avoid!!

Another NASTY COMPLAINT/COMMENT from very unhappy customer,just as others pointed out signed up for an offer of £3 for 3 issues plus £5.50 Cashback.after cancelling my subscription just before the end of free trial, i realised that my cashback, which had tracked quickly, became payable at £0. Tried to lodge a missing cashback, only to be told that tcb cant investigate after 100 days old transactions.Should have read comments before making transaction.VERY MISLEADING OFFER-AVOID! Very unhappy about this. Most comments on this page more than negative, while tcb claim 98% of us are happy this transaction? Does tcb live on the same planet as we all are? IM SOOO ANGRY!!!!!

As others have reported, my cashback was tracking fine, then just as it would have become payable, it tracked as 0 so I got nothing - and I didn't even cancel my subscription! To add insult to injury, I can't open a missing cashback claim because it was only changed 10 days before the 100 days was up! (They can't investigate claims older than 100 days).
I think TopCashback should take this vendor off the site - and why does it say 98% are satisfied when so many of us aren't? Would give less than 1 star but it's not possible...

Beware! I really enjoyed having full access to the reviews from Which?, but after seeing how little I actually used it, I decided that £9 a month was far too expensive and requested that my account be cancelled at the end of the trial, before the first full payment. I cancelled in advance, as they directed, but this apparently voids my claim for cash back! This was NOT made apparent when I signed up, so I am extremely disappointed. Why should only those that continue on to a full subscription be rewarded?

You need to make it clear that if you cancel the subscription AFTER the 3 month trial period the cash back is declined. Don't think you are getting a free lunch here.

Took out trial subscription as per terms, it tracked ok but never went to confirmed. As soon as the trial was cancelled it went payable at £0 - just as described elsewhere. Never imagined the consumer champion would do this - AVOID.

DON'T sign up for this. I signed up, it tracked, got confirmed, then at the last minute it got declined and I got nothing after following the T&C's implicitly.
THESE TRIALS ARE A CON HERE ON TCB. I SIGND UP FOR A FEW DIFFERENT ONES. NONE HAVE EVER PAID OUT.

Rubbish as you would expect ! I followed the terms, informed them of cancellation after paying my initial fee, so guess what - the mardy so and sos don't pay cashback. Poor show from this consumer champion
