Like the experience of so many other people, declined the cashback then when appealed replied (eventually) with non-commisionable despite meeting all the conditions. That'll learn me to read the reviews BEFORE placing an order!

I have never had this with any other merchant before where cashback was declined before the item had even been shipped. I have raised a query but I'm not holding out much hope. Honestly just feels like a scam to encourage shopping on their site with no intention of fulfilling their end of the bargain .
