I agree with the previous review. White Stuff have started to zeroise the amount payable within a couple of days of the order. I have peviously had no problem.

I've bought a lot of stuff from White Stuff over the year. the cashback always tracked and paid out quickly, they were probably too generous to begin with as it was 10% and I didn't keep everything. Then this year they dropped it to 5% and only payable on order amount before VAT, which was fair enough, but now since July 2010 my last 2 orders tracked and amounts came up then about 2 days later the transaction moved to the payable column and changed to zero, which is before I even received the order so not sure what is happening with White Stuff but I wouldn't bank on getting cashback from anymore. Topcashback should put up more detailed information next to retailer to advise on this and why its happening as there must be a reason.

Well that's another transaction tracked then reversed to 0 for no reason. I have spent over £600 on 7 different transactions and none have come through to being paid.
The only retailer I have had a problem with. Grrrrr!

I ordered the papillon dress following recent reviews on the website.
Kept up to date with e mails which was great. Delievery was fast and the dress is lovely.
My fella said it makes me look slimmer, and he did mean it as a complement!
Will definately be buying from white stuff again
