Delivery from Wickes was fantastic with call 30min to confirm before arrival. Goods damaged due to stacking, exchanged at local Wickes store no problem. Had to submit manual claim and TCB fantastic in chasing it. 1 month to appear, 2 months confirmed and 3 months now payable. Thanks TCB!

Cashback appeared as pending within 2 days. Unfortunately, problem with order meant that it had to be cancelled before delivery. Notwithstanding this, two attempts have been made by Wickes to deliver the cancelled order and I am still awaiting a refund to my credit card.

wickes sevice was good but CARRIERS they use let the whole expereance down promices broken ,no sence of direction, no communication [dreadful]1 week late just turned up, and paid for over night delivery
