	Signed up to their newsletter, as they promise £5 off a £50 spend when you do this, and I wanted to spend £125. The voucher code was not e-mailed to me, despite several requests, and e-mails to Wiggle (you are unable to phone these people). Their communication is very poor, and this, added to the numerous negative comments regarding cashback problems, put me off using this company, and I made my purchase elsewhere.

	I had a problem with Wiggle. It tracked the purchasing but after a couple of days the cashback went to zero. Top Cashback says that Wiggle reported the I had cancelled the transaction which is nonsense. The other problem with Wiggle now is that many items are out of stock.

	When my transaction got to the 'payable' stage the value was reset to zero for no reason. Not good.

	3 orders all tracked quickly and showing the correct cashback. One order consisted of 2 products; I returned 1 of these and received a refund. But now all 3 transactions are showing as zero cashback! Have now raised missing cashback claims and awaiting the outcome. From browsing the comments the same thing has happened to several people.

	3 out of 3 orders failed to track, logged manual clams but I'm still waiting for them to confirm after more than 6 weeks. Excellent products though and generally a good price/service.
