I have been waiting since the beginning of October 2011 It is now the end of Jan 12 I have sent several nudges wasted £35 on William Hill casino and have not got a penny back let alone the £55 promised

REALLY ANGRY! Once minute I have £27 in my account then all of a sudden I only had £2.76. No bets were made and the live chat aren't helping. Website not very explanatory and the F&Q's haven't helped either.

Waited two months for the payable date 30/6/11 and it didn't come through. It has a note attached to it saying that sometimes the merchant doesn't pay on time. Hopefully it comes through soon. I wanted to enquire further further about it but in the enquiries section of Top Cashback it only has three options. None of them apply to this situation. If only it was just a button that says "I want my money" :p . I have also attempted to claim some money that has reached the payable section as an Amazon voucher. So far nothing. I'm looking forward to seeing if this site is any use to me or not.

Right - where to begin with? I clicked through Topcashback, didn't accept the bonus, played through my deposit (£65) several times and attempted to withdraw -without winning a single penny - my full deposit. My request was denied as "my age couldn't be verified" despite depositing via a credit card, which implements the "verified by Visa" system. A series of documents was requested, I denied and I have appealed to their regulating authority. So unless you are a gambler who is prepared to have your ID/passport being kept in a company's computer, don't join them.

DO NOT ACCEPT THE BONUS WHEN OPENING THAT WILL HILL OFFER ON THEIR SITE, OTHERWISE YOU WILL HAVE TO BET A SERIOUS AMOUNT BEFORE YOU CAN WITHDRAW FUNDS. - any winnings on the bonus money you take will not be yours unless you place a an unrealisitic amount of money. the probability of you having any left by this point is close to zero.
Dont be greedy just take the basic offer and don't accept the "bonus" on site..

I Signed up for this site and began playing and instantly won what I thought was £2500. You require a minimum deposit of £35 you have to spend £1500 minimum over 50 bets and you can only withdraw a maximum of £200 winnings. When you do withdraw even though they don't need a lot of details to deposit you need a lot of details to withdraw. It has been a stressful journey. In the end the only way I could request the winnings was to get them to send me it through the post. I hope there is still money in my bank account tomorrow. I have not seen any cash back yet but I only did it today. Hopefully everything works out. I took a lot of screen shots of my conversations with the online help folk who seemed helpful. I will post again depending on how everything goes. At the moment I wish I had not bothered with this one.

OH MY GOD!!! Thank you top cash back if this offer works it will be brilliant but I just went on this site and put in 35 pounds as the offer states and won 400 pounds on the incredible hulk slot! I nearly had a heart attack!! Will post back when the cashback in tracked! so possibly from 35 pounds I could be in for 450 pounds!
