Was a bit worried by the message I got from Topcashback saying they are experiencing problems tracking with this merchant - never had that message before. But it tracked fine - I trust it will progress to payable without any problems. When registering, I entered the code F20 to get a £20 free. But when I had finished the process the free bet didn’t appear, even after I’d made the required bet. I emailed customer support, who said I hadn’t entered the code. But out of goodwill, they credited my account with two £10 free bets, so I’m impressed by their service. The F20 code was approved by TopCashBack, so I don’t understand why it didn’t work. The only thing I can think of is that, when I submitted my details, my requested username was already in use, so I had to try again with another one. I wonder if, when I did that, the form deleted the code and I didn’t notice? So I suggest everyone else registering is careful to double-check the code hasn’t disappeared if you need to select a new user name.

Clicked through and created account 12th June 2014 had to manually submit claim on 28th June 2014.Now 21st May 2015 almost 1 YEAR on and I’m still waiting for cashback, Will Hill fast paying really?! Would give no stars if i could
