Appalling service from these guys. Took my order (and money) and then closed a week later blaming Corona Virus. Apart from the fact that my blinds should have been delivered before they closed there has been ZERO communication. Just shut up shop with no communication to customers with existing orders. No answer to emails, no answer to phone calls (continuous wait, pretty sure there is no one there at all, most likely some kind of premium rate phone line). Yes unprecedented times at the moment, but no excuse for lack of communication. A couple of people including myself made comments on their Facebook page asking where our orders were and surprise surprise the comments were removed so someone is obviously checking things. Checking through other reviews for this company over the years it seems there's been plenty of other people commenting on their awful customer service. Avoid at all costs guys, there's plenty of better companies out there.

I wish I had read the previous review before ordering. I was deciding between 2 companies and Wilson Blinds won as it offered good cashback. However, even although my transaction was tracked and I was directed to the ordering page from TopCashback it did not register the cashback in my account. I have raised a Missing Cashback claim and have since been told "Now we have submitted your claim we have to wait for a response from the merchant, this may take 2 – 3 months, but we will write back when we have any updates." Poor, poor show Wilson and unacceptable wait times TC. Blinds not up to colour or quality either so overall not happy with this company.

My apologies that you did not obtain your cash back, with cash back sites this does not come from the company you buy the product from but directly from the Cash back site.It is not acceptable if they offer you cashback and do not honour this and please do contact them reference this matter . I will also contact them as i am not happy about the reflection it gives on our company .Regards Jennifer Wilson , Director .

Have never posted a review before, but felt I should warn you off this merchant for cashback! I always tend to get cashback without too many problems, but this merchant has found a crafty way of avoiding it and know how to weasel out of paying a penny. Maybe I was unfortunate, but I did a quick straight forward transaction and it didn't tack straight away, then came back saying it wasn't successful. The blind we got wasn't amazing quality for the price either. Only company in my 5 years of TCB that I have been disappointed with the outcome.
