strangely i cannot log in to win4now using IE7 but can with Firefox?!?!?

Very unreliable. Works some days, not others. Works perfectly on other cashback sites, so assume the problem is Topcashback. Will they do anything?

I find the only way this works for me is by using it every 7 days, then I enter 5 competitions. 25p per week, not bad.

Hmmm... If you are entering on other sites are you using different email addresses. Isn't that explicity forbidden ? One entry per person per competition as stated on the site !

Elsewhere if u enter 20 different competitions on the same day they all track, whereas on TCB u are lucky to get 2 tracking on 2 consecutive days.

Don't enter all competitions at once. I did and only 5 tracked - I think this is their daily maximum.
