do not honour cashback
they take so long to confirm (which they never do) then decline the cashback leaving it so long that you cannot put in a ticket to complain. do not bother as you will not get your cashback from these

Declined cashback
Overall product purchased was fine with no bother. However, was very disappointed to see the company declined my cashback amount. Why advertise if not willing to honor cashback? Hence reason for 3 stars - bad advertising.

This rating is for the Cashback experience, which 8 months or so down the line is still non-existing. Ticket raised 2 months ago and reply was to give more time, really? If you actually want the Cashback shop elsewhere.
