Cashback declined for no reason
Cashback was pending for about a year, then suddenly was declined by Wisdom Panel. There was no reason for this to be declined - it had tracked correctly and I’d chased it up with TopCashback who said we just had to wait for the retailer to pay it, but they have instead declined to pay despite it being a legitimate claim.

Don't bother expecting any cashback
Purchased a DNA kit almost 2 years ago through TCB. While the product itself was fine and the transaction tracked without a problem, I only recently received confirmation that after waiting for literally(!) years, they declined to pay.

My cashback was declined
Bought a dna kit for my dog via topcashback. Everything went through fine but they refused my cashback. Didn't use vouchers etc, so not happy

Transaction was declined no reason given?
I bought 2 dog DNA kits.
It tracked fine no issues it showed up quickly, and it's been declined but there's no reason why.
So I'm rating it a 1 star, I'd jave rated zero if I could.
