I have placed two orders with this company and neither has tracked. I am still waiting for a transaction from September 2020 to be acknowledged by the retailer so I don't hold out much hope that the second transaction in December will be resolved any time soon. It's a shame because in all other respects I was happy with the purchases.

Bought from twice, failed to track on both occasions, had to put a claim in for both, paid one at incorrect amount and still waiting for 10 months for the other, company itself and products were however satisfactory

Excellent retailer, prodcut was already cheapest I could find and the cashback made it a double winner. Product arrived within 24 hours way ahead of estimated delivery date and on a Sunday! Fast payiment on cashback is the cherry on the cake, this is an excellent company and I fully recommend them for woodcare products.

The usual pop up came up to advise that tracking had worked when I clicked link from Topcashback to the merchants site. Waited a few weeks but cashback did not show as tracked properly so I lodged a claim ticket, Topcashback replied to say that the merchant has refused cashback on grounds that I did not go to their site via Topcashback which is absolute nonsense. It was only £3 but in the spirit of what TCB is all about, merchants who do this should not be allowed on this site. Needless to say I'll not be buying from them again.
