Easy site to load your books and cd's and games. Not everything is accepted but informed straight away. Good pay out on some books, as little as 25p on others but in the end it all adds up. Payment given promptly and you are informed of the progress of your books from receiving through to the payment. Find them very good to deal with.

I had nearly £30 of valued books and CDs. When it came to payment at least a dozen items had 'expired' giving me £14 instead. Funny how the expired items were the big glossy expensive books and the new CDs. Right rip off - won't be using them again.

Ziffit were very easy to use, scan the item, they say what it's worth etc they send you labels & collect the parcels from you, payment was quick too. So why the 2 stars? Because Ziffit totally ripped me off! I was told that the goods I was sending were worth £72+ I received only £44!!! The reason? Around 40% of what I sent was deemed as 'expired'. How can almost brand new books etc expire? It also seemed to be a lot of the pricier books etc that they deemed as 'expired' , funny that! There is no option for the seller to have the 'expired' books, cd's etc returned, even at the seller's costs. Instead Ziffit say that those goods will be destroyed! Really? Destroy expensive and brand new books! Books that are still available to purchase in shops? Hmm... I feel totally ripped off by this firm & even more so after reading loads of complaints similar to mine. Ziffit you should be ashamed of yourselves!

Went through with the claim via Topcashback and they didn't track it. Upon appealing the denied my existence. Alongside dubiously marking down some items and declining perfectly valid books - this is a very risky merchant to use

Dealing with Ziffit is a mixed experience. They remove items from your trade, seemingly at random and you won't be paid. Remonstrating with customer services is pointless. I have been trading with Ziffit since 2013 and have never had a decision reversed. Suspiciously, the most valuable books in a trade often receive the red pencil treatment. Ziffit offer on more books/cds/dvds than their competitors, but they are hideously fussy, forgetting they are offering secondhand prices on secondhand items. It is good they are on Topcashback, as you may make back a little of what is taken from you by way of good items rejected.
