	I've booked excess reimbursement insurance with these guys five times now and the transactions track very quickly. Highly recommended as they tend to beat most over companies with regards to price and cover.

	Purchased in April 2011, its now a year later and I still don't have any cashback. Raised it with Topcashback a number of times, but have never received a response. Waste of time from a cashback point of view.

	Policy purchased in August 2011. Still waiting for acknowledgement from retailer. No cashback received six months later.

	Took out car hire excess cover which seems very reasonably priced. Cashback tracked straight away and was paid quickly. Will use again.

	In total it took 10 weeks for cashback to be credited -after an email to tcb. I haven't had to claim on the policies so I can't comment on that aspect of their service.

	Poor! Have used these people 3 times to cover the excess on a hire car, and the cashback has never appeared. Because of the small amount involved, I didn't bother to chase it on the first 2 occasions, but on principle, I did chase the most recent amount. It took some months, and some nudges, and then eventually, after an e-mail to Tcb., I was credited very quickly.

	Tracked almost immediately. Used the site to ensure against excess on car hire - this can apparently be £700+ for theft/damage. Using the car hire firm's insurance would have cost £40. Using this site it cost £17. And cashback too! Thoroughly recommended.
