I do not understand how to use points calculator due to fact that I get different results for same food depending on whether I enter 100g or different weight. Maybe it is just me, will try to reach them by phone to explain my problem with it.

Suggested paydate for this cashback (after also having to raise a claim like everyone else!) was end of August. It's now end of Decemeber and it's still just sitting in my Confirmed!

Signed up to weightwatchers for 3 months back in September and my claim still hasn't tracked. Have chased it up but still no sign of the cashback. Disappointed to see that this isn't a one-off and many other people haven't received their cashback either.

A total waste of time..initially didn't track in january when I took out the free trial so I put in a manual claim and got paid however in august this was reversed and my account deducted!.. since it was over a 100 days old TCB reopened the claim so I could put in another missing cashback enquiry... rejected again! ... so I will advice everyone not to bother with this site!

Was doubtful after reading the feedback as cashback was pending for a long time but it was then confirmed and paid very quickly so no problem with this retailer.
