Finally paid out after months of waiting - took way to long and a very poor reflection on a well known brand. Shame on you weight watcher for taking such a long time.

Excellent cashback, enrolled in January was paid today 10/5/11 so quite a wait. Don't particularly get on with the propoints system though.

This didn't track automatically - had to get Top Cashback to chase it for me. Cashback has now become payable but only after I paid my first monthly payment (beginning of 4th month after initial sign up). Having said that, I needed to lose weight and have done quite successfully using Weightwatchers. I wouldn't bother if you're joining just for the cashback but if you're serious about losing some weight then it's a good offer.

Took about a month longer than expected to get the cashback but the deal itself was excellent.... got more money back than what I paid! Overall..... very good....but be patient!

TERRIBLE company! Been waiting 3 months for cash back and nothing, I also cancelled my account with them and they've charged me ANOTHER £10.95. Very unimpressed and I recommend no one tries to get cash back with them as they won't pay out

I joined Weight Watchers online on 4/11/09 only because of the cash back offer it was an added bonus or so I thought, I joined through the top cash back site, the cash back has never tracked from this merchant and I have made more than one enquiry as to why not, also sending a copy of the joining information as proof,information that doesn't lie, but have not heard a thing back from Weight Watchers feel totally conned by them! not to be trusted! needless to say I didn't renew my membership after this experience.

I joined in January as I wanted to try then new propoints and lose weight. Not a fan of the new system! Payment tracked quickly, but the cash back is still not payable nearly 4 months later. I would not recommend joining, unless you're happy to pay the full price and if you eventually get the cash back then it's a bonus.

I am just coming to the end of a 3 month cashback period for Weight Watchers and raised a claim via both TopCashBack and Weight Watchers regarding my cash back entitlement. This has still not been forthcoming, although TopCashBack advised me to close my claim, even though I hadn't been advised that payment was to be made.
I am persistently chasing this up but will not use TopCashBack or Weight Watchers again if I am not reimbursed, as per our original agreement.
