Don't even bother going through Topcashback with this retailer as they will do everything possible to get out of paying cashback for perfectly valid orders.

Cashback didn't track, claim declined within 1 day of lodging it.
It may be bad luck...
But the phone was nice and the price was reasonable.

Crooked merchant. Did everything right, clean browser and no other link used for Xiaomi website purchase other than via TopCashback.....and then had a high value transaction declined.

Not the fault of TopCashBack but as others have said, this merchant may not be honouring it's payments, I'm 8 months in to an untracked claim with no response from Xiaomi, which is a shame because I would highly rate their products.

Terrible Merchant ,purchased items in early April ,Xiaomi Never got back to TCB despite thier best efforts, TCB was generous enough to pay me out of thier pockets , from other reviews i can see the merchant has done this to almost every one else, TCB please kick out these kind of dishonest merchants.unfortunatley i made another much more high value purchase that likely im never see the cashback from xiaomi, stay away from this merchant

Made purchases in both January and March 2022. Had to raise claims and so far have not received any cashback. TCB send message each month saying they are working on it, but I'm starting to give up hope after 10 months!
