Yeomans declined to honour my cashback claim despite me purchasing exactly as per their guidelines, I breached no rules and completed the transaction. Avoid if you are expecting cashback from them
Sidenote, slow delivery so avoid if you are in a hurry. Good product though, but could have been purchased elsewhere for same price

AVOID at all costs - this retailer immediately took 300 pounds for a tent that they never had and knew they'd have troubles supplying. Then customer services were almost impossible to get through to and would never return calls. It took 19 days to get a refund - this involved over 3 hours on the phone to Yeomans, contacting my credit card provider to log a disputed payment and threatening with legal action!
So beware - cheap prices are attractive, but in this case are definitely too good to be true!

Be aware. If Yeomans's site says delivery in 2-5 days it means the item is out of stock at the depot and they will try to source the product through their retail network. In my case they could not do this and I had to cancel part of my order. And the 2-5 days is the time it takes them to get the prodcut to their distribution centre, not when you will receive it. They did however still give me the P&P for free.

Shop Confused as not used to orders being placed on the web to actually collect.

I made a purchase in good time for Christmas delivery. After I ordered they said item was out of stock and there would be a wait. Item I ordered never arrived BUT they sent without any prompting a similar item of greater value, which arrived in time for Christmas, so generally happy with the service and product received.
Cashback tracked fine, now is listed as confirmed for the ex-VAT amount paid. Generally recommended.
