Declined cashback and lied about reason
Disgusted! Ordered from here, followed what I had to do and cashback didn't track so I opened a missing cashback claim with customer services. Very slow response from retailer and then told cashback was declined due to 'return or cancellation' which is funny as I have the case on my phone right now!! Top cashback seems a good way for retailers to get business and then they just lie and decline cashback, disgusting behaviuor and I will never shop with Zagg again!

Didn't respond to manual claim - TCB had to give up.
Didn't payout on 2 claims, TCB tried for over a year to pursue a manual claim but had to drop the case as the 'retailer was not responding' and there was nothing more they could do.
Avoid, better screen protectors available now for less - Zagg aren't as good as they used to be.

Don't respond to manual claims, refuse to payout.
2 manual claims sat waiting for 8 and 11 months now respectively - always marked as 'Waiting for Retailer'. TCB unable to do anything. This company has no interest in paying out, avoid.
