Declined cashback
Was due cashback which showed after placed order for a replacement freezer drawer, few weeks later declined for no reason. Didn't use discount code either. Wont be using them again. See all other reviews state the same so obviously a problem with them.

First ever declined cashback
This is the only time I have ever had cashback "declined" on TopCashback, out of over 40 purchases. I have no idea why, I just bought a replacement drawer for my freezer, it tracked as normal, but then came up as declined a few weeks later.

Declined cashback
For no good valid reason, Zanussi decides to decline cashback for a normal purchase via TCB.
The purchase also shows the wrong amount by almost £8 difference!
Will be getting on top of them to sort this mess out

Cashback declined
Cashback declined with no reason given. It was a straight forward purchase via TCB with no vouchers or codes used. Missing cashback claim started, hopefully they will change their mind and give the cashback that they offer via TCB.
