You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, as long as you inform Zavvi by selecting the appropriate option in your account or by sending them a letter. If you inform them of your intention to return an item by post, you will need to state the transaction date, order number and your name and address, while you will need to sign and date the letter.

Items being returned must be unopened, with any seals unbroken, in their original packaging and in pristine condition.
