The service for the car loan was fantastic but my experience with the cashback on offer (£53.02) has been abysmal!! Nothing has appeared on my top cashback account(the loan was taken out on 26/9/12) and despite 3 nudges sent I have not even had the courtesy of a reply from Top Cashback to explain why nothing has appeared for my transaction. I'm very, very disappointed. Do not use this loan company if cashback is a deciding factor as it appears that the money will not be forthcoming.

I got 53 quid for loan application which I can refuse, however its good way to get new customers for lender.
