Warning: Do not trust this merchants cash back offers. I took out a sim contract with them as I thought the cashback offer and i've been declined the cashback for no reason at all. Disgusted.

If I could leave zero stars I Iwould. Feel as if I have been scammed. Will not be using topcashback again and would advise others to just use the site as a bonus and not use the cash back amount as a decider in whether or not you go with a Retailer. I for one will not be using topcashback back again! Buyer beware
