ONE STAR* When Three was previously on TC they refused to pay me cash back twice of £180. Only reason back then I took the contract was due to cash back as it made it cheaper then what was available. After a few more weeks topcashback took them off their website and now I have just used them (big mistake) again same reason will make contract cheaper then what’s out there with the cash back and again the transaction hasn’t tracked. This time I will not be hoping for the best and will cancel the contract on the 10th Day!

I took out my plan and received the cash back. The only point to mention is there is no plan date for receiving a payment.

Purchase failed to track & TCB won't query missing claim with Three for 3 months. Mobile service with Three seems OK - shame they fail to honour tracking more promptly.

I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer in which my cashback initially tracked at £110 and then was downgraded to £0 and payable. After a stressful week trying to decide whether to cancel the contract completely, my thanks go to 3 and TCB for sorting it out and having the £110 reinstated.

Cashback has been re-instated and is payable. Thanks to those at TCB/3 who have sorted this. Was sooo close to going with Vodafone and cancelling this. On test Vodafone $G is much much quicker at my location (2-3x) on my 2-bar signal, 3 is sufficient for my needs and the offers swung it (and 30Gb). Expect 3 will speed too over time.

Tracked at £165 then £0 and says completed so failed to give cash back TCB please act on this situation, it is your reputation as well as 3 that is suffering. There are 100's of complaints for this deal on the internet and no response from yourself, wake up and sort it out

Cashback registered quickly at the £110 expected. 3 days after receiving the product (SIM card) it has gone to '£0' and status 'payable'. 3-mobile say they have not altered the order in any way at their end. Where/why has my £110 gone ???
