Payment didn't go through on the website so I had to call up. The call centre fixed the issue but this apparently invalidated my claim. Very frustrating when something on their end went wrong and stopped my cashback. Don't proceed if it doesn't work first time.

USELESS. Don't bother, they will just reject your cashback saying 'Transaction cannot be traced' after 8 months of waiting.

Still haven’t received my SIM card, but Three are sending bills. Tried to complain online, phone and letter and Three are actively refusing to resolve the issue. Have to wait a few more weeks before involving the Ombudsman Service.

This is not about the cashback, but the company. I'm trying to change the plan on my sim-only contract and the form insists that I need a credit check though I'm an existing customer with a spotless payment record. Also I am supposed to put a PAC code in a box and I can't proceed with my basket till it goes in. But I'm staying with 3! So I can't proceed. Tried webchat - didn't explain. Need a real person chat. So I'm going to get automatically put on a more expensive plan though the basket was ready to go and I'm exhausted from the many hours spent battling with 3.
