This is not about the cashback, but the company. I'm trying to change the plan on my sim-only contract and the form insists that I need a credit check though I'm an existing customer with a spotless payment record. Also I am supposed to put a PAC code in a box and I can't proceed with my basket till it goes in. But I'm staying with 3! So I can't proceed. Tried webchat - didn't explain. Need a real person chat. So I'm going to get automatically put on a more expensive plan though the basket was ready to go and I'm exhausted from the many hours spent battling with 3.

11 months on and still no cashback - filed missing several months ago and it's still waiting for retailer after 4 months to reply since January after months of no correspondance prior.

No cashback in 4 months and the fact there are n positive feedback since November and site indicates cashback was last paid november looks like 3 dont honout cashback - in the same way they keep compromising custoner data and have a network that fails for weeks on end

Avoid! if you do purchase and an error occurs and then Three contact you to complete purchase. dont! its their way of making you break their rules and avoiding paying out cashback!

Can I choose no star? as Three does not deseve a single star. Dose not track and have to raise manual clam. Wainting over 5 months for cashback but no sign of paymnt. Poor signal /network and very slow mobile internet. Please think twice before you buy. Avoid Avoid Avoid
