fast delivery of items and the LED bulbs are a big improvement on the regular energy saving ones. Will order again to replace the bulbs in the rest of my flat when needed.

I bought £800 pounds worth of leds lights for my house. 4 of which blew up in the first day, one of which the transformer cover blew up in my face and made my eye swell. The quality of these items were very poor compared to Simply led website. They are suppose to last 50,000 hours??? They also do not ave clear terms on there website as when you choose warm white as apose to cool white you lose 50 lumens. A 320 lumens then becomes 270, not the equivalent to a 50kw halogen buld as stated. They said i could return all items and be refunded no problem as 14 day money back guarantee and the fact that my eyes swelled when plastic hit it. But they have only refunded the broken ones and not the rest and now don’t want to know. Very bad customer service, very poor quality....and liars. I’ve taken pictures of my injury and of the faulty items and we are now processing a complaint with compensation direct with them through my solicitor.

They are quick to track the cashback no doubt but always lower than the amount purchased even taking into account VAT and delivery (which is free) Eg I just purchased goods to the total of £95 BEFORE VAT and they have tracked the purchase at £73.02. I have another claim in wehre the purchase was over £85 and they tracked the purchase at just under £60 - what's the problem? Great bulbs though with 2 yr warranty for peace of mind.
