All the cartridges we bought ran out after a couple of pages. Maybe we had a bad lot but I would say it isn't worth the risk to use this company, even if the cashback is paid quickly.

Delivery is always super fast from 999inks. Can't fault their service. Tracking however is always wrong. I only purchase printer compatable ink at 21% cashback. This tracks as closer to 10% instead and I have to raise a case each time which is very frustrating.

Used twice & took ages to deliver both times. Also, don't respond to emails, until you have sent about 6 to them.
Likewise, they are slow to cough up the cashback. So slow, in fact, that after 8 months I still have a payment showing as 'confirmed', but no way of chasing it now, as it's gone beyond 100 days.
I won't be using them again & would advise others to steer clear.

They deliver quickly....but then you have to wait months and months for the cashback. My order of Nov 2013 quickly became "confirmed" and since then it has not moved - so it's now seven months and counting. My other orders didn't track at all and so I had to put in a claim and watch them sit at "Waiting for merchant" for months. The cashback percentage is very good, but now I use an alternate supplier who gives lower cashback, but at least it tracks and pays quickly

Ordered on the 9th november never received called customer services 3 times emailed got generic auto response only after stating i will share how bad the customer service has been did they decide to resend the products which were nearly £50 would never recommend this company to anyone not even an enemy

Haven't had a faulty item or had to deal with customer service (YET!) but the product is ok for the price they ask.
I saved some money and got cashback. Hopefully this will be a repeat thing!

Two purchases made, one in July and second in August and neither have tracked. Tickets raised on both. July one hasn't had a reply as yet. Offering 20% cashback but yet to track. Can get cheaper elsewhere with other cashback deals if it doesn't track/become payable.
