Absolutely Shocking! Cashback percentage is high because prices are expensive. Slow to pay! But my biggest bugbear is the Customer service. Used this company on a few occasions and each time when I order the cartridges are in stock. Then later receive an email to conform part despatch and cartridges on backorder. Took 6 weeks and 4 phonecalls on one order for the cartridges to eventually arrive. Forget ringing them their Customer Service people are next to useless.
AVOID!

Website stated the ink cartridges were in stock so I ordered them. When I chased delivery several days later I was told they were out of stock, but delivery would be within the next few days. When I still didn't receive delivery I chased again was told that some stock had come in but it had all been delivered to other customers, so I cancelled the order.
I needed these ink supplies urgently and they let me down big time.
I will not be ordering from these people again.

Excellent products and service, can't be faulted, BUT ... cashback experiences abysmal. Used this company about a year ago, transaction didn't track and Top Cashback's efforts on my behalf have been to no avail. Foolishly, a few weeks ago I gave 999 another try and the same thing has happened. Reported it to Top Cashback but not holding breath on ever receiving the money which I thought I was due. Definitely won't use them again if nothing resolved this time.

Tracked okay but sent wrong toner initially though this was replaced with no problem. However, just tried to use the 2 toners supplied for an HP Deskjet and neither accepted by the printer and one looks as if it has been used already. Now have the hassle of trying to get a refund!

Terrible customer service from this retailer.
I ordered 2 ink cartridges and paid extra for 1st class recorded delivery as I needed them fairly quickly. Dispatch email received the day after stating they had been sent 2nd class!! When I queried this it was confirmed to me that they had, in fact, been sent by the method I paid for. Four days later when I still hadn't received my ink, I rang them and was informed that they had been posted out 1st class but NOT recorded (I chose the option of paying extra for this service).
Two weeks later and I have still not received the refund I requested and the ink hasn't turned up either!!
As they told me 3 times that my order had been dispatched and told me 3 different postage methods it had been dispatched by, I am very doubtful whether it was actually posted in the first place!!
Will not be using this bunch of incompetents ever again!!

999 inks order was processed very quickly although two items were out of stock. I believe these will be received tomorrow, so would certainly recommend as only order 3 days ago. Would use again definitely.

I have tried 3 orders with this company. One was cancelled as they wrote and said out of stock they offered to reorder but I needed prompt delivery. The second and third orders both were charged immediately in full, then I get an email to offer part delivery and other part to follow. Yes they will give a discount next time as long as I use the code Sorry. First time partial delivery is acceptable but when this continues it is the last time I will be using them.
They have always been prompt in my topcash payments.
