	The cartridges I ordered didn't work and, despite contacting them by fax, email and phone, couldn't get a return code from them and no refund. Mu advice would be to stay away from this supplier.

	No problems - emails to let me know that the order had been received and then dispatched. The inks arrived in good time and well packaged - I haven't used them yet so I can't vote on the quality.

	All good first time shopped with these cashback now confirmed waiting on payable, Did have one item in stock but sent me a discount voucher for the trouble and shipped the item I was missing a week or so later. Which I didn't mind as I wasn't desperate for the ink at the time.

	The delivery time and product from this company are good. But to get cashback is an absolute nightmare - if this is your reason to buy from them my advice is DONT! I have 2 enquiries lodged with regards cashback. One is from February and the other is from June - neither of which tracked depsite a lot of nudges. If these problems were sorted I would have no queries about buying from the again.

	Ordered printer ink on the Friday and it arrived on the Saturday. Can't be quicker than that. The ink is replacement ink, but it works well in my printer and is less costly than the main HP brand. Too early for CashBack, but I'm not dissapointed.

	Never tracked so submitted a manual claim. 8 nudges and then a posting got the offer of 1/2 of the cahback due. Too much hassle for a small amount of cash back suggest go elsewhere. Ink did arrive within 48 hrs!

	I bought some ink from this company back in March 2008. The ink arrived fine and quickly, but the cashback never arrived, depsite me chasing it lots of times. So seems ok to buy from them, but don't bank on receiving the cashback.

	I bought some ink cartridges from this retailer in January 2010. I received the items promptly and as requested but that is where any positive feedback ends. Some 5 months on and numerous chases, the transaction is still not showing on my account and any cashback is not forthcoming. If you want ink quickly (though I am sure there are other equally good suppliers) fine but forget getting any cashback !

	Have used this firm in the past and have had no problems apart from their compatible inks being less than compatible!! However since ordering through cash back on 23 April I am 'pending'. received the order very quickly. Could this be my 4th refusal out of 5 cash back orders? I live in hope!!!

	1st order went through OK and was delivered on time. Placed a subsequent order and that was also fine. Both times cashback tracked within a day or so.
