Receive purchase in 2 days of ordering, cashback acknowledged the day after purchase, cheapest ink cartridge supplier with good cashback that allows you to use discount codes on top, "forlife" 10%. Perfect.

Don't buy! Ordered 8 days ago, still not received goods despite them advertising as immediate despatch.
Also they tell lies on the phone - doing stock takes so haven't been able to despatch, when you telephone they say they will definitely despatch and they don't. Avoid.

Cashback tracked quickly, inks have arrived within 4 days of ordering, and they're all the correct ones. not sure what the quality is like yet, always a gamble with non-manufacturer cartridges, but a risk I'm prepared to take.
Fantastic price- ended up paying just £1.72 a cartridge, delivered. manufacturer charges £10!

This company, despite what it says on the website does NOT have 100% ebay feedback.
Over the last three years they have sold only 57 items on ebay, and did not receive 100% feedback.
THIS YEAR ONLY TWO ITEMS WERE SOLD ON EBAY.
Very unreliable company. Don't use them. You WILL regret it.

Absolutely terrible service. After ordering, I immediately received an email telling me my cartridge would despatch that day. Five days later it still hadn't arrived, and the 'Previous Orders' section of the site claimed it was still 'processing'.
I sent an email to customer services (the live chat facility is permanently off line). I received an automated response promising a reply within 1 business day. And suddenly the status changed to 'despatching'.
But guess what...? Still no delivery and no reply from customer service.
Need ink fast? Don't shop with 999inks. 999dayswaitforink would be more apt.

Placed order early september, advertise fast delivery it took 9 days!!! Cash back still pending 3 months later, which says it all, Top Cashback should stop using them, companies like this puts you off using the site.

My order wasn't too bad, took 8 days to deliver which would be fine if they told you, but the website and emails all shout about immediate dispatch, 3 day delivery... why promise it if it isn't going to happen? I started Googling after 4 days and found lots of poor reviews - sounds like I got off lightly and they can be hard work!
