I do not recommend using 999inks. They delivered my items 3 weeks after I ordered, which is not an acceptable timescale for any company, especially one who promises a prompt delivery. Very unprofessional. Also found out I could buy the ink cheaper in Asda, so even with the retailers discounted price and cashback, purchasing through 999inks was not worth it.
Avoid this retailer if possible.

Ordered on 4 Jan and finally received goods after about 3 weeks. Apparently one item was out of stock but communication very poor and I had to make several calls and leave messages before I received a response to find this out. Still waiting for cashback to be tracked - have put in an enquiry.

The cashback tracked ok. However, I've had to get my credit card company involved. 999inks is beyond poor. Search the net for a review. Sent item 3 weeks after order, and its damaged. They will not answer the phone, or e-mails, everything is ignored. So I have literally had to start a chargeback procedure through the credit card company. Seems on looking at reviews on google, I'm not on my own! Stay clear.

No delivery of goods although I ordered from this retailer on 4 Jan - supposed to be 24 hour turn round. No cash back tracked either. A quick search on the internet has shown a few other people have never received goods although payment has been taken! No reply to either my emails or my telephone calls to 999inks.
