Do a Google before you buy !!!!!- loads of problems with this retailer.
They don't answer their phones or emails. They don't give refunds and they don't operate a 24 hrs service - trust me the high cash back is not worth the hassle.

Update on my order - the two colour compatible cartridges sent by mistake - neither of them worked (chip underneath is contaminated with ink).
Mine is also a Dell printer but they will work with compatibles as long as you ignore their messages that you are out of ink (no- you are just out of THEIR ink !!)
Phoned 999ink - aftera lengthy wait got through - guess what, the refund I requested last week for the out of stock item has not been processed -instead they were about to send out the goods !
I have told them I want a full refund on my whole order now as I have no confidence in either their products, or service. They have agreed to this after I have return the two ink cartridges that dont work/sent out in error. I'm not holding my breath - I can see this sorry saga may not be over yet !
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS !!!!!
Any amount of cashback is not worth the hassle you may encounter !

Did not track but could be my own fault as forgot to clear my cookies after visiting a comparison website !
Out of stock on one of my products (quickly informed) asked for a refund - though not seen any evidence of this yet .
The goods came in 4 working days (so hardly express service) and they had sent me 2 colour cartridges by mistake though they charged me for 2 black & white ones - so not complaining.
A bit worried about my refund - this firm has some horrendous reviews on other websites - wish I'd read them before I ordered !

Good service. Allowed use of £5 voucher as well as Cash Back. Cheap prices and bounus products as well. Sent a 10% off next order voucher when requested. Haven't actually used the inks yet so can't comment on the quality.
