	I bought two travel insurance polices and wasn't paid the cashback for either. I won't be purchasing insurance from them again

	Like all the others my cash back claim was declined even though I followed all the steps. Top cash back might as well take Admiral off there site as it seems it happens all the time

	This is a con - you spend ages inputting all your details and at the last minute the site has a fault and you cannot complete the purchase online. I rang them to advise them of the problem and was reassured that if I completed the purchase over the phone I would still get the cashback. Five months later they state that I am not entitled to it because I did not complete it online. The customer should not be penalised for a merchants technological failure and staff should not tell customers outright lies. I would not have bought this policy if they had told me the cashback would not be applied. Makes me wonder if the technological problem is deliberate so that they can wriggle out of paying the incentive they entice customers in with. I will never use this company again.

	Not even worth the 1 star. Cashback declined like so many others on here. I also question why Top Cash Back continue to push the company when so few appear to get the claim paid.

	Cheap car insurance, however NO cashback deal. I won't be using them again! I'm not sure why topcashback still has them on here after looking at all the reviews.

	Home insurance cashback declined without a reason. They were competitive without the cashback, so why they're throwing away customers by messing them around with cashback beats me. Won't renew, and will also cancel another product I've held with them for some time.

	Don't bother. You will never see that cash back! Complete waste of money. Only bought this insurance because the casback made it reasonably priced. Without the cash back it is expensive. Very disappointed and has put my off using topcasback for other purchases. Topcasback should remove them as it is giving them a bad name.

	WHAT A CON - Cashback didn't track; filed a missing cashback claim and merchant's reason for decline of cashback was "no sale" while clearly the insurance was taken out and not cancelled. TCB should really remove the cashback rather than leaving here to mislead us.

	I took out a car insurance policy with this merchant back in march 2013 and I have received nothing, despite the apparently 'good' level of cashback they are supposed to offer. I have been chasing this for months with the help of top cash back who repeatedly tell me that they are chasing the claim but have not had any update or response from admiral. I feel its very unfair that admiral advertises lucrative cashback percentages to get people interested but don't bother paying up. Not only that but they don't even respond when a query is raised. Once they have your money they will forget about you. Very disappointing and out of principle I will not be using admiral insurance again and will advise my friends and family accordingly.

	I'm currently insured with Admiral and when I use this comparison engine it states that Admiral can't insure someone "with my circumstances". What circumstances would that be? Full no claims and one driver, one car household? Pah! The list is artificially controlled and does not represent the whole market, so even close to it. Avoid!!

	Never receieved the cashback. Part of the reason for going with Admiral was the cashback promised. I wouldn't buy insurance from Admiral again.
