I bought my daughters car insurance through this site thinking that at least I would get some of the inflated costs back. NOT so and Top Cash Back will not pursue them to get it. Definitely not a winner on this one

I bought car insurance but never received the cashback like so many others on here.

I did a quote on TCB and the premium for Admiral was some £50 more expensive than the same details quoted via Compare the Market web site and therefore more expensive overall even with the cash back saving.

I purchased car insurance with Admiral via top cashback but the claim was rejected by Admiral as I had used a comparision website to get my initial quote. If you have done the same be aware that if you don't clear your cookies you probably won't get the cash back either.

Did a quote through TCB Compare and found it was far more expensive than other comparison sites. TCB compare quoted 465 pounds but I was able to purchase the same cover for 351 pounds at confused.com - dont assume TCB will be cheaper for car insurance even after cashback.

I feel conned by Admiral. I did everything correctly including clearing cookies etc. and it still didnt track. Would not use them again on principal. Please don't be fooled like myself and many others into thinking you will earn the cashback, they just don't pay out.

I got a qualifying multi car policy last year with cashback tracking in my account. All of a sudden this changed to zero and the customer service team was informed by Admiral that there was no incentive when I took out the policy. I dont know why I took out the policy if there was no cashback!!! I think its Admiral being very sneaky. I would not use again.

Agree with ukbunny don't bank on any cashback - see poor customer experiences on old expired Admiral cashback link.

Took a policy out last year tracked as zero despite doing everything right Never did get it so .....dont buy on the basis that you will get the cashback. Mine isn't the only tale like this. Just think if you can't trust them to pay cashback what would making a claim be like!!
