Have used this company a least half a dozen times are everytime they have been excellent and they always track straight away and pay up on time. This is probably the best company on cashback for prompt tracking and paying out

Watch this merchant, Sometimes cheaper direct than going through topcashback. I have previously saved 40% on the price they have quoted when I have come through topcashback.

I'm really disappointed. They allocated only half the amount they should have and then refused to pay the rest. There are plenty of other compnies that offer a similar service. I will not use again.

The price offered through Top Cashback is significant more than booking direct with APH. Check both prices before booking through the site

Cashback refused.
This is the first time I have had a cashback refused - have had to raise a claim for none tracking in the past with various merchants and all were resolved fine.
This time, in Nov 12, the cashback never tracked. Raised a claim and it was declined four weeks later with message 'Failed to meet the requirements'. Have re-read the requirements and as far as I can see, I meet the only condition ie. no other voucher used.
Was parked at Manchester for 8 days. The parking was excellent by the way - can recommend them for that.

Have used APH at least 5 times and the tracking and payout has always been first class. best and cheapest company to use for parking and hotel package at gatwick

Still waiting for £18 cashback due from August despite making a claim and sending reminders. Waste of time will not use APH again. Problem at airport parking too with no record of my car registration at entry and exit. Stressfull experience all round. Avoid.

Booking not tracked for the 2nd time. First time we thought it might be because we used a different email adress on the booking, so this time we made sure it was the same email address as the Top Cashback account, and once again it has not been tracked. We have posted a missing claim. If it doesn't come through we will probably cancel booking and not use them again. It is a shame as the serivce has always been very good.

Very dissapointed with the cashback expereince. APH are quoting 18% cashback for Gatwick parking but only got 8%. Will not be using for airport parking in future

I use AHP to book my parking every time I fly as they offer the best value for money and a fantastic customer service. I booked my parking twice by accident and AHP emailed to let me know and refunded my money immediately. Because of this my cashback became payable as zero. I raised a claim and it was resolved within days. If only all retailers offered this level of service!
