Very dissapointed with the cashback expereince. APH are quoting 18% cashback for Gatwick parking but only got 8%. Will not be using for airport parking in future

I use AHP to book my parking every time I fly as they offer the best value for money and a fantastic customer service. I booked my parking twice by accident and AHP emailed to let me know and refunded my money immediately. Because of this my cashback became payable as zero. I raised a claim and it was resolved within days. If only all retailers offered this level of service!

APH refused to pay out using the old excuse of "your cashback was tracked via a third part". Yeah thanks not a lot APH.
WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN AND I USE CAR PARKS ALOT!

Whilst APH are very quick to track the purchase they aren't paying 20.2% cashback.
I got a quote via Moneysavingexpert for valet parking @ Gatwick from 'I Love Meet & Greet' I it was £108. Via Topcashback the exact same quote was £120. My current pending cashback in £12 - strange that this now comes to the original 108 quote price....hmmm, suspect this company is putting up it's prices for link referals from tcb.
Not really cricket is it APH?

Rubbish, did not track, manual claim took 9 months to receive a response to say that APH could find my order but may not have been a result of top cashback even though the visit time tied back with the booking made. Seems like a complete swizz to me. Would not use for a booking again.

Very disappointed. I have used this merchant many many times and on the last occasion, failed to track and get the cashback. I am going to avoid next time.

Never booked with them before, but happy with the actual car park experience. Cashback didn't track, had to submit missing claim, but it's now currently "payable"

APH totally failed to pay on a completed purchase. Topcashback failed entirely to give any kind of response as to why this was the case. Hugely disappointed having always found Topcashback to be very good in the past.

Taken over a year to resolve and then cashback was declined, as said I did not go through TCB to book this car parking. EVERYTIME I make a purchase I Test tracking and then click through when I am ready to purchase immediately as I have had this happen in the past. And still it get declined - very disheartening, disappointed with TCB.

I have used APH before and never had any problems. The cashback tracked very quickly and the price paid for parking was excellent particularly for a meet and greet service. Would highly recommend visiting the website via Topcashback.

Bit of a con. If you go direct to APH for airport parking the website prices already have 10% off. Go via Topcashback and the prices are 10% higher, but the 10% cashback makes them the same. Why wait for the cashback to track and become payable (can take months) when you get immediate discount via their website??
